Outstanding Employees from KoMiCo’s Overseas Subsidiaries Visit Headquarters

 

 

On May 19, outstanding employees from KoMiCo’s overseas subsidiaries visited KoMiCo headquarters.

 

 

This visit was organized to provide high-performing employees from subsidiaries in Taiwan, China, the United States, and other regions with an opportunity to experience KoMiCo headquarters’ key technologies and operations firsthand, and to gain a deeper understanding of KoMiCo’s technological competitiveness.

 

 

 

 

 

On that day, participants first attended training sessions on KoMiCo’s key technology areas: cleaning, coating, and analysis.

 

 

The training was conducted directly by engineers from KoMiCo headquarters’ R&D Center, each with specialized expertise in their respective fields. The engineers explained how KoMiCo’s core technologies contribute to the performance, lifespan, and process stability of semiconductor equipment components, while also sharing real-world examples of technology applications in the field.

 

 

Through the sessions, participants were able to gain a more detailed understanding of how cleaning, coating, and analysis technologies for semiconductor equipment components contribute to the semiconductor industry.

 

 

Many participants showed a strong interest in KoMiCo’s core technologies and processes, actively asking questions throughout the training and demonstrating great enthusiasm.

 

 

 

 

Following the technical training, participants took part in a tour of the headquarters’ core processes.

 

 

During the tour, they were able to closely observe KoMiCo’s process operations and technology management systems, gaining firsthand insight into the expertise and operational capabilities of the headquarters. In particular, participants showed great interest in newly introduced equipment that is not commonly available at overseas subsidiaries. They actively asked questions about the equipment’s role and its application in specific processes, demonstrating strong curiosity about the headquarters’ latest facilities and technology operations.

 

 

The tour provided overseas subsidiary employees with a vivid understanding of the headquarters’ role and technological strengths. It also served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen their sense of belonging and pride as members of Global KoMiCo.

 

 

The outstanding employees who participated in this visit expressed high satisfaction with the overall training and tour experience. Many noted that it was especially meaningful to learn KoMiCo’s core technologies firsthand and to experience the headquarters’ key processes and newly introduced equipment up close.

 

 

Going forward, KoMiCo will continue to strengthen the capabilities of its global network through close communication and collaboration with its overseas subsidiaries. We will also continue to expand opportunities for exchange and cooperation, enabling KoMiCo employees around the world to grow together toward a shared vision.
