[KoMiCo Monthly ESG] KoMiCo Hosts Headquarters Tour for Hankyong National University Students

 

On June 4, KoMiCo hosted a corporate site visit program for members of the Anseong Sustainable Development Council and students from Hankyong National University.

 

 

 

 

This program was designed to introduce KoMiCo’s ESG initiatives to the local community and future talent, while also helping participants gain a deeper understanding of the semiconductor industry and real-world corporate operations.

 

During the visit, participants attended a company introduction session and learned about KoMiCo’s core business areas. Through this session, they gained insight into the overall flow of the semiconductor industry, as well as KoMiCo’s specialized cleaning and coating technologies for semiconductor equipment components.

 

The program provided a meaningful opportunity for students to experience an industrial site that is not easily accessible in everyday life.

 

It also helped them broaden their understanding of the semiconductor industry and develop greater interest in various job roles and career paths. During the Q&A session with KoMiCo employees, students were able to hear firsthand stories about job responsibilities, workplace experiences, and career preparation, allowing them to envision their future career paths more concretely.
