During the first half of 2026, we continued our ESG journey through a variety of initiatives focused on strengthening relationships with local communities, promoting employee health and safety, and enhancing global communication and collaboration.

Creating a Cleaner Community: Anseong City Street Clean-Up Activity
As a company that grows alongside the local community, KoMiCo continues to carry out a variety of social contribution initiatives aimed at environmental protection and community development.
In March, KoMiCo employees participated in a street clean-up campaign in Anseong City, where the company’s headquarters is located. Volunteers collected litter from roadsides and public parks and helped improve the local environment, contributing to the creation of a cleaner and more sustainable community.
Supporting Children's Dreams and Growth Through Talent-Sharing Activities
In April, KoMiCo organized a talent-sharing program for students at Daedeok Elementary School in Anseong.
KoMiCo employees volunteered as instructors, leading classes in badminton, soccer, table tennis, and origami to provide students with opportunities to experience a variety of sports and recreational activities.
By sharing their skills and experiences, employees helped create meaningful opportunities for physical activity and creative learning, while providing students with new experiences and enjoyable memories.
KoMiCo remains committed to supporting the healthy development of future generations through ongoing educational and volunteer-based talent-sharing programs.
Connecting the Global KoMiCo Family: Headquarters Visit Program for Outstanding Overseas Employees
In May, KoMiCo hosted a special headquarters visit program for outstanding employees from its overseas subsidiaries as part of its efforts to strengthen its global network.
The program included company introductions, site tours, and visits to key operational and technical facilities, providing participants with a deeper understanding of KoMiCo’s core capabilities and corporate culture.
It also offered valuable opportunities for employees from headquarters and overseas subsidiaries to communicate directly, share experiences, and reinforce the vision and values of the global KoMiCo organization.
Sharing with the Community: Volunteer Activity at St. Joseph’s Home
KoMiCo has long been committed to social contribution activities that promote mutual growth with local communities.
In June, KoMiCo employees visited St. Joseph’s Home and participated in volunteer activities, including facility maintenance and environmental clean-up efforts. Through these activities, employees extended a helping hand and shared warmth with members of the local community.
Notably, volunteer service at St. Joseph’s Home has been carried out continuously since 2008, making it one of KoMiCo’s representative social contribution programs and a meaningful reflection of the company’s commitment to ESG values and a culture of giving.
Promoting a Healthy Workplace: Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention Program
KoMiCo places the highest priority on the health and safety of its employees and operates a variety of occupational health and safety programs.
As part of these efforts, the company conducts a Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention Program six times a year to promote employee well-being and foster a safer working environment.
The program includes training on stretching techniques designed to reduce physical strain associated with repetitive tasks commonly found in manufacturing environments, while also raising awareness of musculoskeletal health and injury prevention.
KoMiCo will continue to expand its health and safety initiatives to ensure employees can work in a safer and healthier workplace.
